I'm alive. Doing another one of those projects that I'm fairly certain will eat up a whole month or more. I did 12 different drafts for this idea and went with the horniest one.
I would kill to be finished with this in a week! That was actually the plan this year, a-painting-a-week, as a sort of smooth transition from last year's a-painting-a-day madness, but turns out that pace is at odds with the level of rendering I want to achieve, so everything's taking a lot longer.
Art looks at our attempts to contain it within the temporal dimension and laughs.
I looked Ai no Kusabi up, and the plot description gave me the strong sense that I've read a manga of it before back in high school, but there's no manga adaptation listed! Maybe I've read a doujin that took heavy influence from it. (Also at least one screenshot I'm seeing gives me VLD Altean Palace vibes, lol. Everything is connected!!!)
