Computers, Mine Enemy

razielimOnce again I am trying to delete an undeleteable folder off my laptop, this time via command line. Previous attempts involved permissions? I would guess this is the... fifteenth time over the last five years. I try to use a new method every time, but I get around to it so rarely that I don't exactly remember which methods I've tried before. Typically it disappears for some time, sometimes even for one whole reboot, and then creeps back in once I've dropped my vigilance. Fingers crossed, as always.
This is all because I've FINALLY (!!) purchased monitors! My desktop is... weak. Very weak. I had no idea what I needed at the time, I just wanted an "all-in-one" with a LARGE screen. (I also wasn't even LOOKING at screen specs back then.) My laptop, however, is significantly more powerful, by pure happenstance. However, I can't just hook it up to the all-in-one because that thing doesn't take video input.
The laptop's not the most powerful machine ever, but buying a monitor (or a couple, oops) and being able to switch to it as my main painting machine is a very affordable instant upgrade. And then if I ever want to upgrade further, I already have the affordable-but-pro monitors.
So it certainly would be NICE to nuke this undeleteable folder before switching machines so I don't have to look at it every day, haha.
Aaaand this is why I left my software dev job. Pure coding is fun, but I'm just no whiz at all this other stuff.
