The Jasmine Dragon

Summary:
Zuko wakes with the sun, practices his firebending in secret, and opens the tea shop, hoping to see his new favorite customer. It's a beautiful day, and everything is peaceful and orderly in Ba Sing Se.

Part coffee shop AU, part suspense, 100% the first piece of long fiction that I wrote a satisfying conclusion for.
