Sometimes creativity is like that. I've written things into a story that I didn't realize I was putting there until later.
What got me thinking "self-care" was the rosy palette, the word "love" on the bottle, and "Godiva" on the cup. They all point to coziness and comfort, things people do to pamper themselves a little.
